Spacebrain Affiliate Program Terms

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and comply with applicable law. Applications are reviewed by Spacebrain. A referral link begins earning only after the affiliate is approved. Spacebrain may reject an application or require additional verification.

A valid affiliate link stores a first-party referral in the visitor's browser for 60 days. The eligible referral code presented when the visitor creates a new customer account receives attribution. Attribution is not retroactive, does not transfer between browsers, and does not apply to existing customers, self-referrals, or agency sub-accounts billed through another account.

The standard rate is 40% of eligible paid subscription revenue for the referred customer's lifetime while that customer remains paying and both the referral and affiliate remain eligible. Commission is calculated on amounts Spacebrain actually receives, excluding tax and amounts refunded, credited, disputed, or charged back. Any written custom rate shown in an affiliate's dashboard replaces the standard rate for that affiliate. The Spacebrain affiliate ledger is the controlling record of clicks, referrals, earnings, reversals, and payouts.

Commission remains pending through a 90-day refund hold and becomes payout-eligible on day 91. When the affiliate's eligible net balance reaches $50 USD, Spacebrain automatically initiates a Stripe Connect transfer. The affiliate must complete Stripe's identity and payout requirements. A transfer may remain blocked or retry later while Spacebrain investigates refunds, fraud, legal restrictions, insufficient platform funds, or incorrect account information.

Affiliates must represent Spacebrain accurately and disclose the affiliate relationship where required. Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake accounts, self-dealing, impersonation, trademark bidding that suggests Spacebrain sponsorship, or any unlawful or abusive promotion method. Brand assets may be used only to promote Spacebrain under these terms.

Pending or approved commission may be reduced or reversed when the underlying payment is refunded, credited, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible. If commission was already paid, the reversal may be netted against future earnings. Affiliate history is retained so the adjustment remains auditable.

Either party may end participation at any time. Spacebrain may suspend links, new accrual, or payouts while investigating a violation and may terminate participation for fraud, abuse, legal risk, or a material breach. Valid commission earned before termination remains subject to these terms, including holds, reversals, and verification.

Spacebrain may publish a new version for future participation. Each application records the version accepted. A material change for existing affiliates will be handled through notice or an explicit reacceptance flow; Spacebrain will not silently rewrite an affiliate's recorded acceptance.

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Spacebrain. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, disclosures, licenses, expenses, and promotion activities.
